for Dogs Entering the Triple Crown.

If you plan on entering your qualified dog in the 2026 Triple Crown, please fill out and submit the Triple Crown Form for the Event Guide.

Follow the Directions on the form. Fill out the form and come back to this section to submit the form.
After submitting the form click [Submit].

Submit the form by clicking 2026 TC DOG ENTRY EVENT GUIDE SUBMISSION, add the contact information and attach the form.
