1) Meeting called to order by President Dale Merritt at 7:03pm (CST)
2) In attendance were Mike Bachkosky, Troy Callanan, Dale Merritt, Doug Powell, Vic Rompa, and Bruce Smiley. Absent were Larry Kimble, Ed McNally and Dale Swiderski.

5) The purpose of this meeting is to appoint committee members. An email was sent out to all BOD members with recommendations from President Dale Merritt.
