Attached is a pic of a 520# hog (by the COOP scales) that my friends and I caught the other night.  The hog was bayed up in a pond and we had to wade out to it up to our waist to get to it.  It was to big to tie so we had to kill it with our knives before it cut any of the dogs or us up.  Myself and another guy were working on it with knives on each side of the hog and it still took a couple of minutes for the hog to quit fighting.  They are really tough.  The water was also pretty darn cold.

The whole scene sounds..........ah..........er.........like something even better than a Tred Barta type encounter. Were "ya shakin' a bit" afterwards?

We never did dance around it. It was way to cold for that kind of stuff. I still like shooting them too.

Ok, but was your face painted? I'm trying to visualize a 500 pound wild hog standing in waist high water as two much smaller "animals" take him out with knives. I'm thinkin' you must have been doing some "dancing" and probably a little "dodging".

Personally, I was hoping to not see a pic of Lucky Nash, not even a pic Tred Barta, but Cindy Garrison in a 2 piece. If some of you don't know Cindy Garrison, then check ESPN2 on the weekends. It beats a cold UNPRODUCTIVE duck hunt.
