The hunting was so hot, we didn't even notice the draft in the lodge!!

Big tip of the hat to the awesome guides, Andy at High Caliber Labs, and Brad at Golden Oak Labs.

On The Point in Ipswich, SD?  I have never in my 25 years of rooster chasing seen anything like it!  WOW!!

Sniper, I wish I could have done that.  Seeing Birdie and Roxy in the field together would have been a sight to behold.   Our week long vacation became shorter and shorter as we dealt with family member surgeries, a lost dog, and other fun things.  Then everything fell into place for a good few days of hunting, but it was an all-out sprint.  Fun though...I just ain't as tough as I once was!

I'm thinking of going back sometime.  Hmmm.  Okay.  I'll catch you next time!

Brads B and B  needs some minor repairs but the hunt was outstanding.

Kyle, I know some one in your neighborhood that might have one or two extra available soon. A true friend would help a fellow out, dont you think?

Thanks for coming up Wendle and Kyle.  Kyle I think your out of luck getting a pup from Wendell.  Wendell wouldn't chance someone haveing a better dog then him next year and not getting all the shots.

I'll be out after those wild ringnecks again tomorrow and Sunday.  It won't be anything like On the Point but I got some good land lined up.
