I had some trouble of my own with that this weekend. Unfortunately I kind of "stumbled" through it so it's not absolutely clear in my mind on how to do it, but I'll try.
First you need to see what size your picture is. The website will only allow you to upload pictures that are 600kb or less. You can find out how large each picture is by right clicking it and checking out the "properties". If your picture is more than 600kb, you will need to reduce it's size.
If you know how to do this...great. If not (like me) you will have to stumble through many different methods until you can reduce the size.
Once reduced, click on the "Add Reply" button (not the "Quick Reply"). There is a place to add three attachments to each post. Just click the browse button and find the picture file that you want to add. If you have more than three, just open up another reply and add three more.
That's how I did it anyway. If there is a better method, I'd like to hear it.
