It's rainy out and the dogs trained well yesterday, so I'm sitting doing nothing but thinking.........which is scary sometimes.

Daisy is stretched with her marks and likes to hunt (a lot)..........which is scary every time.

So I need to get a bumper that is easy to see in the air and on the ground. I mean that seems to be the big push now what with all the "new" bumpers soon to be (or already) out. What I want is something that throws easy, promotes good mouth habits, has good contrast and is easy to spot when near the area of the fall plus it has to hold up in water. Oh, and one last issue......it must be cheap and simple to produce!

Since a catchy name is always required........mine is The "Ultimate" Bumper. Take an ordinary two inch white bumper and add a plumber's 3"x2" black rubber reducer and thread/tie a white, plastic garbage bag to the rope end. If ya' really want to get hi-tech add a black, plastic bag, too.

Here's the first proto-type.......need to clean the bumper, but the picture should get the point across. Easy to make, throw, see and find plus cheap, water proof and easy to maintain....the new, improved "Kwick Bumper" is now.....see pictures.

P.S. I thinkin' in advance here......that plumber's reducer is the "pricey" part
and rubber on rubber can get "slick".......so a zip-tie through it and the
throw rope hole might not be a bad idea.
