This is good. I have to tell you guys that the subject came up 3 HOURS into the meeting. We were all tired and ready to quit discussing, but every single person took the time to evaulate the question, input their thoughts, vote and make the decision. They made a real effort and I personally feel that represents the personnel on there. It worked out so slickly because the question was posed by a person of Swedish descent, however questionable, on the day of a board meeting. I doubt others will work quite so swiftly, but give the board a chance and I suspect they'll give the same level of effort. And again, this is possible because of the efforts put into the website. Things are looking good! Julie
