Those are great pics! I know you have already answered this, probably several times but what camera and lens are you shooting with?

ahh, very nice.  I check about 4 different sites looking for a used original 1d, the 4.15 MP...I drool over that all the time.  I like looking at the 20d but the weather proofing and 8fps of the 1d has me intrigued.  Only bad thing is you have to buy it used now, but there are several sites with good used DSLR's, just a matter of coming up with the extra $1200!

Here is a limit of Teal from a Missouri Duck Hunt!

Deke,  You dont have to worry about re-sizing your pictures now.  The forum will now automatically resize them to a max width of 500 and height of 500.  The files still need to be less than 200k before you upload to save space.

For anyone needing a quick and easy image resizer I reccomend EZ Thumbnails.  It is free and very easy to use.  You can find it at: http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/

Had to add pictures of Zeke the Wonder Dog, hunting in 10 degree weather with a foot of snow, retreving mallards through ice and fired up!

And 9 months ago I was worried if he would ever retrieve again, huh!

As a beginner duck hunter I finally killed my first banded duck!!   Woo Hoo!  I dont have a picture to show because I left my camera back in KC.

(imagine a wood duck with a leg band)

I killed a male banded wood duck.  I am going to get it mounted since this is my first and it was a nice bird.  We were hunting Duck Creek Conservation area in SE MO.  Once I get it back from the taxidermy I will have to post a pic.

Wow congratulations Joe!  That is awesome!  I have always wanted to shoot a wood duck, and a banded wood duck, yeah that would have to go to the taxidermist for me also!!

These are not traditional hunting pictures, but..........

My 15 year old daughter agreed to go with me to the meat locker to pick up my deer that they had processed.  We turned a 30 minute drive into a whole afternoon.  Drove around and spotted for deer & coyotes.  Took a couple of pictures.  Pretty fun day.  She usually won't do anything with me.  Maybe it will be an annual tratition.

Oh yea, here is a picture of the deer (mine on the right, my buddy Keith on the left).
