The FDA Center for Veterinary Medicine announced that it has received reports of adverse reactions in dogs taking Comfortis that are also taking extra-label doses of ivermectin.
So-if you give your dog horse wormer (ivermectin) in any form, do not use Comfortis-it may result in ivermectin toxicity.
