If you can possibly make it, I would go. She kind of transformed some of my thinking, and I liked it!
Julie's seminar really helped me quite a bit, worth every penny of admission, gas, food, and hotel bill, every penny and then some.

| Stu, where are you getting your next pup? Duke and Nala have made the tie so we can now see light on the long wait. Now we just pray that a yellow female is produced. BTW, I have just started reading my (Autographed) copy of Julies book. Just a short way into it and I love it. Thanks Julie, sure wish I could make it to your seminar but I will be in Alaska. Hopefully you will like it here so much, you will want to come back next year. |

Eagle, Its a small world.. I'm getting a male pup from Duke x Nala. I couldnt help myself after seeing the pedigree on that litter. Dragon is back at Davids for advanced training, and I'm going over there next week to see how she is doing.. I'll try to get David to run Nala on some birds..hopefully I can get some pics of her. Have fun in Alaska, but how can you pass up a dog seminar with the super model?? |

I have to agree on that pedigree, it doesn't get much better than this. In 4 generations I believe there are 12 or 13 GMPR's and at least 22 titled dogs plus some older notables that I'm not sure if they carried titles. We will have to stay in touch as our pups grow. If you get some good picks of Nala, please send them my way. I'd love to attend the seminar but I don't think cancelling a honeymoon would be a good way to start a marriage. Maybe someone could video it for me as a wedding gift |

Stu, I'll bring the book if you have your very fetching pink on, how's that? I am really looking forward to this, the MN/WI guys are great and they aren't as scary as the Michigan Mafioso. The area is beautiful, the dogs will be great and we should honestly have a really good time. And free attendance to the individual who can make sure not one of those chiggers gets near me, free dog training for life, you name it. I just don't want that this time!
Hope to see lots of you there, let's make it a weekend to remember!

Can we please keep the bug-talk to a minimum? I don't want to start having nightmares! Julie, I am a bug-o-phobe, so I will be happy to share some of my "snake oil" repellents with you...no strings attached! Sending it out today... |

Hooli When a swarm of MN mosquitoes attack you, they will frequently carry you off to their secret place and have their way with you. IF you can make it back, you will look very very pale.

| Doc, I lived in Rochester MN as a little kid. I was a walking welt for several months of the year (when there wasn't snow on the ground). I am, basically, a mosquito magnet. This "snake oil", though, kept me from being bitten by mosquitoes-and every other nasty biting bug-in Africa, and in Alaska, both places where helicopter sized, voracious mosquitoes live-so I have some confidence in it. Then again, I could just send Churchill and a tape recorder... |

Sorry-snake oil already sent. But you can bring the heavy duty stuff in case it doesn't work for your MN bugs...
I do have a video camera. It's a Sony. Not sure if it is "really good"-it films on little digital video tapes-it's probably 8-9 years old. We got it to take to Africa-same trip as the snake oil! I think you can put the video from the camera onto the computer. It will also take stills-I will see if I can find a Sony memory stick around here, too. The picture quality is pretty good, it has zoom...the sound tends to pick up everything, so it can be noisy to play back...I'll bring it along and you can see what you think. Better than nothing, if no one else has one. |

Hemi, Email me stuwange@msn.com
I posted on the MNPL club website about the fact we are looking for a really good camcorder or a pro/semi pro videographer to record the entire seminar for Julie,(that will work for cheap).. we have a couple of folks bringing camcorders with but like Hooli mentioned above they tend to record alot of noise such as wind, people talking etc.
Everything that anyone tapes will go to Julie so she can make a complete tape of the seminar..edit how she wants etc... |
