The Top Sire is the sire that you breed to your female that produces the pups that you are happy with.

I agree with air castle, the dog that will produce the offspring that you desire is what you want to breed to. If you can narrow down what traits you are looking for then sires can be selected. One to look at currently is Ford full bore "Diesel" if you want a dog with a lot of titles.
