Shawn Hoover, new and improved secretary of the organization, has made a policy of issuing certificates within a week or so of a test. He has been unable to do this however, since I still hold the blank certificates, the stamp, etc. So they are being mailed to him, but for those of you expecting them, the delay is the old unimproved secretary sitting on things. So you know.... Julie

Stuw....I know...I know...I shouldn't have even gone there!!! It's all this rain and bad weather...can't train much...have hunt tests every weekend for the next 3 weeks....my thoughts are going places they shouldn't! But since you put up that picture I take back what I said about those legs.....Nice!!!!! Better not be any Suntan lotion smeared all over our certificates!!
