Request for Spring Hunt Test Applications - Tuesday, December 23, 2008
The APLA hunt test committee is calling for spring hunt test applications The application's due date is January 20th. The application form is found under the EVENTS tab, then click on the HUNT TEST tab, and then down load the application form. Complete the form as fully as possible. Don't be concerned with your judges until applications are approved and date is set. New Directors for 2009-2010 - Friday, November 14, 2008
Election ballots for the 3 open directors for 2009 through 2010 have been counted. Congratulations to Bruce Smiley, Troy Callanan, and Vic Rompa as our new directors. Everyone give then a warm welcome for volunteering their time.

| Beings Handsacker put such a nice post out there about Albert's successful weekend I figured I would let everyone know about Moxie's weekend. This is her first qual she has ever ran and I was told by a person at the test she had the best water blind of any dog there in the qual. I had the chance to hunt with this little gal last fall and she has an awsome point to go with her retriever game talent. |

Thanks for the nice comments Brad and Troy -
we are very proud and look to show her to the pointing lab world this fall in some APLA tests after we get her QAA / MH (if all goes as planned)

| I have been around Moxie since she was a puppy. She is definitely maturing into a fine dog. She is showing all the qualities and talent that will enhance our pointing lab community. |
