| Red Labels Chief is listed as CPR passing 08/27/05 in SD.
Red Labels Tanker Boss To Go JH - I have this dog as participating 09/27/07 in KS, but that the dog failed. Could you please provide further information.

| The APLA # for Campbell's Bearpoint Lucky Dog on our certificate is #966 in the DB it is listed as #964. Please advise which # is correct and if you will need to reissue another certificate. |

Date Passing
Location of Test
