Tim,
I would begin your search anywhere along the Hwy 281 corridor and west to the Missouri River for waterfowl guides. I have never used a guide in ND, sorry can't help ya there. As far as upland birds, fingers crossed our winter continues to be mild, we could see a much needed population boost next spring. SW part of the state will usually always be your best bet for bird numbers with plenty of PLOTS land open to hunt on your own. Good luck and enjoy ND, the waterfowl hunting this year was as good as it has ever been, and we will likely have abundant water for awhile.

Thanks for the info guys have alot of thinking to do have a couple friends that have been doing some trade hunts with some guys from North Carolina. They come and hunt deer and my friends have been out there hunting bear over dogs has worked out great and they have made some great friends. May also be a way to go in the future. Hopefully be going to at least 1 spring hunt test to run or watch lots of work to get the dog back into test mode and be able to meet some more people.

Central Dakota Lodge in Goodrich, ND run by the Flynn Family. Great waterfowl guiding for Duck, Goose, Crane and Swan (depending on the migration) and they lease a few farms covering over 10,000 acres for upland.
