Got up to ND-1st hunt of the season for us. We tagged plenty of birds ,7 guys and we limited-had to really work for them as all the crops are still in. Plus they got 4" of rain a week ago so that made life even more interesting. The Ol' dog was still up for the group pic at the end of the day-heh

Nice pic Steve. Here's one of mine from ND as well.
Didn't limit every day, but we had a great time.

We had a fantastic hunt in ND this year. Six hunters, three dogs got our 72 birds in four "half day" hunts. Still lots of standing corn. Will be going back in about a month.

Come the fall, we hunt 'em all.

Hey Guys,

Did you do most of your hunting on public or private? A group of us are headed up to Mott this week and will be checking out the public areas. What about sharptails or huns....seeing any, or getting any?

We were on all privae land. Have been hunting up there for a few years and have worked on some good relationships. Didn't see any sharpies or Huns this year.
