Got back from some continuing ed classes a  few hours ago.

The wife said we needed some more trout for the freezer, so this afternoon, we walked 1/4 mi from our house -- across a pasture to a nice creek. We both limited (5 fish each). The majority of the fish (rainbows & brookies) were 9" to 11", but here are the two nicest ones (yeah - yeah -- the wife got the nicest one).
Her's was just over 15" (4" from belly to back) very bright colors and red meat and mine was just over 12" with more subdued colors and pink meat.  These are wild fish -- the creek is never stocked.
