I'm still not home

,
As all the other folks have said, this was a nice test. Nice place to have it, very well organized,
Thanks Doug and Andy, and Shane for all you did, what a job. Things really seemed to go darn well.
All the help were just selfless, it was really something. The Lodge was quite a place, the views for the gallery maybe the best I can recall. Sundays flight B upland run had the dogs and handlers in total view ( hope no-one saw that my pucker factor was off the chart ). Some of the water series were able to be viewed from above, on a very nice deck overlooking that picture postcard feel the TC mentioned.
It was a very friendly bunch, I was in tears with joy and laughter after my pup made it interesting on his CP run, quite entertaining to be sure.

The set-ups were very good IMO.
The judges put together some good challenging set-ups, fair but up to the level they should be at the couple I ran. No gimmes. Good thing they were tolerant of a looser dog than I am used to at Master, and even looser handler, the comment from Dan at the end of our upland run on Sunday was a gem., but we squeaked through. I am sure of one guy that was likely getting a big smile watching me sweat this one out.

....And sweat we did, man it was hot.
Brad, congrats as you keep on improving these dogs for folk.
Same to you Mr Lettau ( good to see you to John, been awhile )
A big congrats to you Troy on That Rosco dog, be proud my friend.
Alex Zeigler, I am very happy for you, all the work and nervousness paid off "way to go".
Brad Wright you deserve a phone call. I am amazed at that Kenai, as some one I overheard said,,,,"that lab runs like a bird-dog," oh yes he does. Run-n-gun in his future? Oh and he's right here being spoiled as I peck this out, quite a dog.
A big hug to ROO-ROO - HRK'S ROOSTER SMASHER on his 4x .....Man ! It wasn't very long ago that little smooth running pup was showing me some early talent. I am quite proud of that sneaky greatrunning dog, and he can go further.
I was sure good to meet some of the folks from this here forum, Kevin and Scott, and there were others.
Now to Travis and Piper, very good job my friend ( not your gunning in CP on SAT.

) RUNNING THAT VERY TALENTED DOG OF YOURS. YOU SEEMED A BIT NERVOUS?----Congrats !
To the Iowa gang who appear to be fans of one of my dogs, Thanks for all the kind words. We had a blast.
To Jim Springer, thank you for everything, especially Smokey. He has it , so glad you got to see it.
Even the rug rats behaved, Tyrone Shoelaces, and Casey Jones, now a couple of Highwaymen.
Good traveling with you.
