Julie Knutson has finally compiled her training tips into a book!    I just ordered my copy off her web, thought I'd mention it in case some of you hadn't seen it yet.   I can hardly wait for it to get here!    Thanks for all you do Julie (and Paul too), I don't know if I'd have stayed in this game without you.
