Can spectators attend hunt test?  If so, what do I need to do?   I want to hit one of the Spring test and watch some of these fine dogs work.

Just look at the schedule and show up to the test. Folks are quite nice and will assist you with where to go, depending on what level of dog and what you want to watch (upland/water/land retrieves)....I did just that last Spring when my pup was just 4 months old...just to get a feel for the people and environment...nice folks.....

Except you have to be one who approaches others....remember...they will have a stake in these tests and may have their "game face" on!

Admission for spectators is FREE.
Just don't wear white or light colored clothing.

Yes! Please come out and see the dogs work. There will be handlers meetings in the morning at the hunt test headquarters that explain where each stake is held during the day. Bring your folding chair and watch the action. Occasionally due to (usually) weather and sometimes ground constraints it is diffciult to see some of the test but most have a good viewing area and the judges will define where the "gallery" should stay.

Feel free to ask questions, you will normally meet a very friendly collection of people that are cheering for the dogs to do well.
