Ol' Cletis Says Hi on V day 

Ok- So to insert a pic directly into your post it takes multiple steps. 1st of course you need a pic - reduced to a reasonable size. The one above is around 56k byte. Something around or less then 100k looks good and should work on the site. You also need to be a paid APLA member for the year I think.

1st once you have a post started go below and click on the attachments -then browse and find your file on your computer and select it and open
(Attachments-Browse-Select File-Open)
Now hit upload- You will get an error-just click on OK- then SUBMIT

Once the post is up you now go back into your post using the EDIT function up top right side of frame-the little pencil.... So click on edit and NOW
be sure to put the cursor in your post you are editing where you want the PIC to be...go below and you will see that you have the ability to
'INSERT IMAGE"- click on it- you will get the same error but the image will get inserted- click on OK and then SUBMIT and it is done.

Start a photobucket account.

Upload them there

copy the IMG location of the pic (it will come up under the picture when you click on it in Photobucket)

Paste that into the message

I've done it a couple of times but seem to have issues every time. Kind of a technological dinosaur I guess.
Really enjoy your pics by the way.
