Forgive me if you have heard this, but I  heard this on the way to work this morning and thought it was pretty funny........

Two guys are out in the woods deer hunting.  one is sitting in a tree stand, the other is going to stalk through the timber towards the other hunter in such a manner to hopefully get a shot for himself, but at least get the deer moving in his buddy's direction.   Well, a big group of deer spot the stalker and start running towards the tree stand.   The stalker hears several shots and then a scream followed by silence.....   Worried he takes off in the direction of his buddy in the tree stand and when he gets there it is apparent that while trying to shoot at the deer he lost his balence  and fell out of the tree stand.   He is laying there and appears to be dead.   Paniced, he dials 911.  the operator answers and asks what the problem is.   "We are out deer hunting and my buddy fell out of his tree stand and I think he is dead"    "Are you sure he is Dead"    "NO"   "Well sir the first thing we need to do is make sure he is dead"   "OK just a second"   long pause followed by two gun shots.  "OK, I am sure he is dead, Now what?"
