Exciting Changes in HT's Starting in Fall 2019

The BOD made two significant changes in our Hunt Tests that will take effect in Fall 2019.

(1) The first is that the current huntsecretary.com processing fee of $10.50 will be reduced by 50% for all entrants (APLA will pay the other 50%, as the overall fee huntsecretary charges us has not changed).  All entrants will be paying $5.25 to register their dogs for APLA Hunt Tests starting this fall.

(2) The second change is that in the Advanced Pointing Retriever upland field, there will now be four (4) chukar planted instead of 3.  The entry fee remains unchanged and the same 20 minute time limit applies.  This change was made to give judges a better opportunity to assess the dog's upland skills in the Advanced category.
